What to do before and after surgery

Once your blood tests have been approved by Dr Giuseppe, you will be ready for surgery.

PLEASE, KEEP ALL THE FOLLOWING IN MIND BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SURGERY APPOINTMENT.

You will be asked to take at least 4-5 days off from any activities, including work and housework.

Healing time is different from one person to another and it could take up to 2 weeks for some patients to feel fit again, especially after big surgeries. Important events or meetings should be attended before surgery or after that healing period. Also, you should not fly for at least 4-5 days after your surgery. Any form of stress would put you in a sympathetic mode, blocking your immune system, increasing the risk of infections, and jeopardizing your healing. Be prepared to switch off all your Wi-Fi devices at home for 4-5 days after. Radiations from wi-fi activity would impair your immune system and reactivate "sleeping" germs in your body.

Ethernet connection, switching off Wi-Fi connection on your router, and choosing airplane mode on your device, may be an option.

YOU MUST NOT DRIVE BACK HOME AFTER YOUR SURGERY. Someone else can drive you home or you can take a taxi, train, or bus.

For cavitation surgery, you should take Ki Retrov powder (www.kiscience.com/product/retrov-powders/) to kill retroviruses, which could compromise your bone healing.

To reduce your inflammation status you should avoid pro-inflammatory foods and eat more anti-inflammatory foods for at least 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your surgery (see table below).

You will be asked to use ice packs as a cryotherapy for 24 hours after the surgery. Cold ice packs help reduce pain, swelling, and bleeding. Please, prepare what you need in advance. A good and more practical choice is to use the following product :

Keep the gel packs into the freezer and change them every 15 minutes.

Take 1 teaspoon ( in water, milk, yogurt, etc...) twice a day for 6 weeks before and 6 weeks after your cavitation surgery.

Pain and swelling are expected after any surgery and they may last up to 10 days after.
An excellent natural alternative option to traditional painkillers is PEA ( Palmitoylethanolamide ) naturesfix.co.uk/product/pea-soothe-support-60-caps-neuro-biologix/

Take 1 capsule 1 hour before your surgery and then every 8 hours for the first 3-4 days, regardless of the pain. Continue if necessary.
