What to do before and after surgery
Once your blood tests have been approved by Dr Giuseppe, you will be ready for surgery.
PLEASE, KEEP ALL THE FOLLOWING IN MIND BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SURGERY APPOINTMENT.

You will be asked to take at least 4-5 days off from any activities, including work and housework.
Healing time is different from one person to another and it could take up to 2 weeks for some patients to feel fit again, especially after big surgeries. Important events or meetings should be attended before surgery or after that healing period. Also, you should not fly for at least 4-5 days after your surgery. Any form of stress would put you in a sympathetic mode, blocking your immune system, increasing the risk of infections, and jeopardizing your healing. Be prepared to switch off all your Wi-Fi devices at home for 4-5 days after. Radiations from wi-fi activity would impair your immune system and reactivate "sleeping" germs in your body.
Ethernet connection, switching off Wi-Fi connection on your router, and choosing airplane mode on your device, may be an option.
YOU MUST NOT DRIVE BACK HOME AFTER YOUR SURGERY. Someone else can drive you home or you can take a taxi, train, or bus.
You will be instructed to take an antiretroviral remedy to kill retroviruses, which could compromise your bone healing. Also, detoxing metals and other toxins will help for a better outcome.

To reduce your inflammation status you should avoid pro-inflammatory foods and eat more anti-inflammatory foods for at least 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after your surgery (see table below). This is a very healthy diet that should be followed for the rest of your life.
Also, you should take some fish oil to improve your omega-6/omega-3 ratio and decrease inflammation.

High-oxalate foods should be avoided for at least 2 weeks before your first surgery and 6 months after your last surgery. Oxalates bind minerals, jeopardizing bone healing. This can be a failure factor for cavitation treatment and dental implants. Nowadays, the oxalate content in plants is higher because they are producing more oxalates to detoxify aluminum from the environment. Please see the table below for an example of food to avoid.

It is essential to consume a good amount of protein to repair wounds, regenerate bone, and boost your immune system and metabolism. You should consume about 2g of protein per kilogram of body weight per day to support your healing process and guarantee a successful outcome for 6 months after your surgery. For example, if your body weight is 70kg, you should consume a total of 140g of protein/day, split into 3-4 meals for better absorption. The most complete and bioavailable protein source is animal food (meat, fish, eggs, seafood, chicken, cheese), and this should be your first choice. If you are not able to get enough protein from food or if you need to limit your caloric intake, you can have some protein shakes as well (see below). After the first 6 months from your surgery, you should consume an average of 1.2-1.5g of protein per kilogram of body weight to keep your gums and bones healthy and for general health. Our first choice is high quality whey protein from grass-fed cows like:
To reduce the bacteria load and risk of post-operative infections, please, use the following products based on natural antibiotic propolis and cistus incanus, for at least 6 weeks before your first surgery and 6 weeks after your last surgery.

You will be asked to use ice packs as a cryotherapy for 24 hours after the surgery. Ice packs help reduce pain, swelling, and bleeding. Please, prepare what you need in advance. A good and more practical choice is to use the following product :

Keep the gel packs into the freezer and change them every 15 minutes.

Pain and swelling are expected after any surgery and they may last up to 10 days after.
An excellent natural alternative option to traditional painkillers is PEA ( Palmitoylethanolamide ) naturesfix.co.uk/product/pea-soothe-support-60-caps-neuro-biologix/
